Cavendish Farms
303 Milo Road is the only appetizer production facility in the world for Cavendish Farms. Cavendish Farms is the 4th largest processor of frozen potatoes in North America owned by the Irving Group, a multi-billion dollar family organization based in the Maritimes region of Eastern Canada.

  • When they acquired the coated appetizer division of Omstead Foods in July 2009, Cavendish occupied their portion of the building. Over time they put in various upgrades to the equipment and are expanding their appetizer line of product offerings.

Bolthouse Farms
One of largest carrot producers in North America and also manufactures other food products such as juices and dressings. The company has estimated revenues of over $700 million dollars and is owned by Chicago based Madison Dearborn Partners.

  • Bolthouse procures the carrots from the local farmers and processes them at the Milo-FAIS facility.

One of the largest vegetable processors in the world with operations in 18 countries employing over 10,000 people with
annual revenues in excess of $2 billion. The company is publicly traded on the NYSE & Euronext Paris and headquartered in France.

  • Bonduelle occupies a large part of the cooler/freezer portion of the building.
