The acquisition includes the real estate property and operating assets, and transfer of 33 employees who willcontinue to work with the existing management and new shareholders towards supporting the existing clients of the business and development of new service offerings provided through the existing infrastructure and platform.”This investment by Milo-FAIS is strong endorsement for the food and agriculture related businesses in the Chatham-Kent region and demonstration of confidence in the existing operations of the business,” said Dan Bailey, who will take over as General Manager of Milo-FAIS effective immediately.
